The conference registration table will open at 8:30am daily, at which time you may sign in and pick up your conference materials. Your exhibitor fee does not include drayage, cleaning, internet and electrical services. Please note that you will need to make special arrangements if you require electricity, require an active phone line, or need to ship your exhibit materials to the hotel in advance.  There will be extra charges for these services. Information is linked at Marriott vendor instructions and Marriott Electric Outlet Form. Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms has been reserved for October 27-30, 2019. The special rate of $144* will be available until  Oct. 7, 2019, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.
