GCCF Conference Watch - November 4, 2011 - National Trends and Implications for Strategic Planning

Elizabeth Skidmore, a recognized national expert in child welfare programming and trends,  is invited back to the GCCF to conduct the Senior Management Track on Wednesday, November 16. Her workshop series will provide perspective to senior management on national trends and the implications for strategic planning. Ms. Skidmore has years of experience in the child welfare field. She serves as the CEO of Skidmore and Company, a national consulting and training firm that provides management, workforce and leadership consultation, technical support and professional development services to corporate, nonprofit and government organizations across the United States and Canada. Prior to forming her own corporation, Ms. Skimore served as the Executive Director of the Child Welfare Institute and as the Director of Leadership programs with the Child Welfare League of America.  Those who attend her sessions will receive a wealth of information that will be critical to moving your agencies forward.
